Mexican Blends

Mexican  food is flavoursome with influences from Spanish, Mayan and Aztec cuisines. Mayan routinely used red and green Jalapeno chiilies, while Aztec food favoured chipotle chillies, cacao and vanilla. Spanish influence can be seen when cumin, pepper, cloves and cinnamon were introduced to the Americas.
