These cuisines take spices from around the world and combines it with spices such as Fennel, Basil, Parsley, Sage, Thyme, Dill and Rosemary which are widely grown on the more temperate temperatures
At Downderry Spice, we love the smoky warmth of Chorizo, so we decided to produce a spice blend that would give you the flavours of Chirozo (without the meat), that you can add to any protein, or vegetable, to give that great Chirozo taste.
We use a combination of Oregano, Thyme, Garlic, Cinnamon, Black Peppercorns, Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Chilli, Paprikka and Onion to produce our "Chorizo" blend
